Darrell is “exceptional” and in a class by himself in his field. My husband and I were moving to Jersey City and were working within a very tight timeframe. It only took one meeting for Darrell to know exactly what it was we were looking for. He didn’t waste our time just simply trying to sell/rent us something. He aggressively pursued the market in search of a place that would meet our specific needs and preferences. It was never about him, rather, always about us – the client. Darrell remained in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and educated us on everything from the dynamics of different neighborhoods to how the renters market worked (we owned a home previously and had no clue!). Thanks to Darrell, we are now in our new place and couldn’t be happier! (less)

We recently sold our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in Jersey City. Since we moved out of the state, we were not able to manage much of the selling process. Darrell was amazing to work with and always kept us informed.

Darrell coordinated everything from the relocation of our tenant to staging the apartment and ensuring all the issues were worked out during the inspection and closing process. The condo was priced appropriately and multiple offers were received in the first few days of listing.

Darrell's work and ethics were upmost professional. He is extremely knowledgable of the Jersey City area but also t"neighboring areas like Hoboken, Weehawken,...
Most of all, we were difficult customers, undecided until the last minute whether we wanted to move to a suburban area or stay within the JC a area. Darrell took us to West Orange, Livingstone and explained to us the logistics involved in commuting, etc. As we were about to sign a contract on a house in West Orange, we had a change of heart and settled for a great property in Weehawken for an easy commute to Manhattan. During this process, Darrell kept very patient and assisted us in our decision without any pressure. He was excellent in the negotiation process and even guided us in finding the right mortgage institution that would get us the financing but also help us navigate through complex issues related to flood insurance,...Darrell is definitely an amazing person, very energetic, diligent and very responsive. I would use him for any future investment and highly recommend him. He is clearly one the best in the area. (less)
